This song is not an 80's song (which is my absolute favorite decade for music) but it was a very good song in the early 90's.  4 Non-Blondes was formed in 1989 and unfortunately this was their only hit before disbanding the group in '95. Many of my friends hated this group and I wasn't the biggest fan of them overall myself but I really do like "What's Up".
